Service Desk Manager
Tommy is the Service Desk Manager at Dot Ones and is responsible for managing, motivating and monitoring the performance of the service desk team.
Tommy pays particular attention to increasing the level of performance from his team and focuses on their training and development. He believes that
additional training not only improves the individuals skills, but it also gives a better and more efficient level of support for the customers.
Tommy used to work in the leisure industry as a personal trainer before moving into IT a number of years ago and in his spare time continues to train friends and family.
He also used to play football semi-professionally before sustaining a number of injuries forcing him to retire from that level.
An interesting and random fact about Tommy is that he once worked as a sports extra, working with the likes of Chelsea F.C, Arsenal F.C, Samsung and The Sun newspaper.
