Service Desk Engineer
Sam has always had an interest in IT since a young age and has been the person his family and friends have come to, to fix all of their IT issues.
Prior to joining the IT industry, Sam was managing a restaurant, ensuring customer service is always at its top standards and this is something he continues to practice in his day-to-day work.
Because of his passion for IT, Sam completed his Microsoft courses, all self-funded and promptly joined the IT industry.
In his spare time Sam enjoys cycling with family and friends and has an interest in boxing.
